Account Verification
What documents should I send to complete the profile?
Sending one of the following documents is enough to verify the identification documents:
National ID card, birth certificate, passport, driving license
Sending one of the mentioned documents is enough to confirm the address:
– The house or store deed or lease
– The electricity bill with your name and address (maximum valid date is 6 months)
– Car insurance
– Business license
Please obey the following conditions to confirm your address documents:
– The address documents must be in the name of the person who is opening the account.
– If the document is in your father’s name, your father’s name on the submitted identification document must match the name on the address document.
– If the document is in your mother’s name, you must send a photo of your birth certificate first page.
– If the document is in your spouse’s name, you must send a photo of the second page of your birth certificate or your marriage contract.
– If you do not have any of the above conditions, you must send a photo of the first page of your insurance booklet/ bank statement/ car insurance policy.
– The submitted photo should be quite clear and legible.
How long does it take for my documents to be confirmed?
– The maximum time required to confirm your registration is 12 hours. The approval or the reason for disapproval of your request will be announced to you via “Email”.
– Please check your email and your spam folder.
– In case of disapproval, solve the specified problem and resubmit your request. it will also be displayed in the user panel.

Why can’t I upload my documents?
Common errors you may face during uploading photos:
– The maximum size of photos must not surpass 500 kb. Use related software to reduce the size of the photo (or crop the extra parts of the photo; also, WhatsApp minimizes the size of sent photos automatically, you can upload those photos again)
– Make sure the uploaded photos have one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, PDF
– Make sure the uploaded photos are legible.
How do I know if my documents have been completed and my account has been verified?
– The information about the approval or disapproval of your request will be emailed to you and will also be displayed in the user panel.

– If your account is verified, log out of your user panel and log in again to activate your account.
Transferring funds to account
What methods can I use to transfer funds to my account?
Before depositing money with any method, ensure that the account or wallet number is correct and ask our support team about the Dollar rate when depositing with the Iranian Rial. (The broker takes no responsibility for the deposited amount when you do not ask any question about the exchange rate)

How long will it take to transfer funds to my account?
The expected time to top up your account via Rials/ Cryptocurrency/ WebMoney is about one to two hours. The deposits take place through automatic TopChange (when a deposit is not made, send your deposit slip to our support team).
Be careful when entering the amount in dollars. When you make a mistake about the transferred amount and the account is charged, the broker is allowed to close the account and withdraw the amount.
When and at what hours of a day can I top up my account?
Through Rial/ WebMoney/ TopChange/ Cryptocurrency:
Saturday to Friday, from 9 AM to 11 PM, based on Iran’s time zone.
What should I do if my account is not topped up at the specified time?
The amount will be credited to your account within 12 hours. If the company does not transfer the money, please contact our support team.
Can I use someone else’s account to top up my account?
We cannot accept transfers from third parties. The sender’s name must be the same as the registered name.
What are the conditions for the uploaded slip to top up the account?
– The name of the depositor should match the name of the account opener.
– The receipt should be perfectly legible.
– The tracking number must be specified in the receipt.
How can I check the status of the deposited amount in my account?
The information about the approval or disapproval of your request will be emailed to you and will also be displayed in the user panel.

Yes, but first, you need to contact the support team to remove the negative balance, and then you can make a deposit.

How can I withdraw from the account?
– First, transfer the desired amount through internal transfer from your trading account to your wallet in the broker
– Be patient; your transfer request will be considered and approved by the support team (maximum one working hour).
– Register your withdrawal request and be patient; your request will be executed based on the withdrawal schedule.
– The expected time for withdrawing money through cryptocurrency/ TopChange/ WebMoney is a maximum of one to two hours.
How long does it take for my withdrawal to be confirmed and the money to be credited to my account?
– In case of withdrawing in Rials and making your request at the specified period (8 to 12) based on the Iranian time zone, the amount will be transferred to you by the end of the same day. (If the money is not transferred within 12 hours, inform the support team).
– The expected time for withdrawing money through cryptocurrency/ TopChange/ WebMoney is a maximum of one to two hours.
What should I do when the money is not deducted from my account at the specified time?
Notify the support team if your request is not executed within 2 hours.
Can I register someone else’s account number to withdraw money?
No, the amount will be deposited only in the person’s account whose details are registered in the broker.
How can I check the withdrawal status of my account?

When withdrawing, can I use a different method compared to the deposit method?
If you want to withdraw money, you must use the same card or wallet, or bank account you used for the deposit. Withdrawals must be in proportion to the deposits and based on the same payment method. You can withdraw your interest in any way you wish.
How can I cancel my withdrawal request?
Contact the support team immediately. Your request will be canceled if it is not sent to the financial department.
Can I withdraw money when I have an open position?
Yes, you can, but you need to ensure that you have enough free margin in your account to cover the withdrawal.

I cannot log in to my MetaTrader account. What is the reason?
Please do all the following carefully when entering the password:
– Enter your password manually and do not copy and paste it.
– Make sure you are using the master password.
– Download the MetaTrader from the DeltaFX website.
– Ensure that Deltafx-Real and Deltafx-Demo with the same uppercase and lowercase letters are your servers for the real and demo accounts, respectively.
– Ensure that you are not using the Persian keyboard.
– Ensure your Caps-Lock key is off when entering the lowercase letters.

How can I change my password in MetaTrader?
To change your password, after selecting the main account number and password along with the real server in the MetaTrader software, enter the Tools menu and then Options. Then click the Change option on the Server tab.
First, enter the main password in the “Current password” field on the opened page.
At the bottom, there are two options for you; the master password and the investor password.
By choosing the master password, you can change the original password, and by choosing the investor password, you can change the read-only password. Then enter the new password twice and click the OK button.
How can I see the volume of traded lots in MetaTrader?

What do the received Investor/ Master/ Phone passwords in the email mean?
– Investor Password: It is a public password that you can use to show your results to other investors, and nobody will not be allowed to trade with it.

– Phone password: when you want to change the Investor or main passwords, the support team will ask you for this password to verify your identity.

The details for entering MetaTrader will be available in your user panel in the green box after creating the trading login, and all these details will be emailed to you. You can transfer the desired amount from the trading login to the wallet through internal transfer. Be patient until your request is processed, and then transfer the desired amount from the wallet to the intended login.
How long does it take for my internal transfer request to be approved?
Financial requests are executed from 8 AM to 11 PM based on the Iranian time zone, and the expected time is a maximum of one to two hours.

For gold trades in standard accounts, $2 will be deducted from your account per lot. But you should have at least a history of 25 lots of transactions with 3 minutes and 3 pips.
3 pips: the amount of your profit or loss at the time you close a position must be at least 3 pips.
3 minutes: the period between opening and closing a position must be at least 3 minutes.
Oil commissions: $20 per lot from the first day and $20 per lot after the 10th day.
Cryptocurrency commissions: 1% commission from the first day on.
The commission for bitcoin is $150 per lot of BTC/USD, which equals one bitcoin. Therefore, the commission for trading 10 bitcoins will be $1500.
Energy futures: $10 per lot from the first day, $20 per lot from the 10th day on.
